This dynamic workshop will help participants understand digestion and the importance of feeding our bodies well. We want this for ourselves, which then follows that if we have this self-knowledge, we will sever our clients better. 

Combination of lecture and hands-on practice that encompasses the digestive system and all its helper systems and why. Because digestion is one of the most important aspects of health, I’ve invited an experienced nurse/nutritionist to take part in this class. She will lecture as well as invite student participation through discussion – Q&A.

• 2 hour lecture on role of all organs involved in the digestive system (mechanics).

• 3 hours guest speaker on subjects of nutrition, metabolism, the acid/alkaline balance and human microbiota.

• 2½ hour student practice: working on each other, experiencing ways of incorporating direct reflex areas and helper reflexes.

• ½ hour: follow-up & evaluations.
