Given changes induced by the pandemic period, I have made adjustments to my scheduling of reflexology workshops. I plan them based on individual's requesting certain classes. The best way to have a reflexology class that you wish to take is to let m know you are in the market for a class.

Normally my classes are one day and most recently include 

• Hydrotherapy

• Lymphatic System Clearing

• Reflexology Refresher

Hand Reflexology certification is a 30 hour in-person (and 20 hr outside practice) course. We normally do this in four days, spaced out within 2 months.
