Clearing our lymphatic system is critical for maintaining health. The number of problematic issues created by stagnant lymphatics is immense. Many chronic illnesses can be helped by clearing the lymphatic system using reflexology. To name a few: Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, and other autoimmune illnesses such as arthritis.         

                                                   

Combination of lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice that encompasses the Lymphatic System.

2 ½  hour lecture on anatomical examination of the lymphatic system, its purpose and how it functions

• Discussion of the differences between edema and lymphedema and probable causes

• Discussion of other anatomical systems involved when edema and lymphedema are present

• Discussion of pathologies, including indication and contraindications

• Discussion around direct reflex areas, helper reflexes and why – determining a protocol

2 ½ hour Protocol demonstration and practice: Practice on each other, assessing probability of edema

1 ½  hour assessment & practice on clients with edema/lymphedema or other autoimmune illnesses

½ hour: follow-up & evaluations
