Here is a simple exercise to calm your mind. It’s a 16 second meditation.
Take a deep breath to a count of four
Hold to a count of four
Exhale to a count of four
Hold to a count of four.
You have just meditated and it only took 16 second (or so).
Your mind was stilled; your body rested; your emotions quieted.
Do this anytime and anywhere. You can be amidst chaos and you will feel calm while others around you are feeling anxious.
